KGAL have been retained by Bristol City Council to carry out a mechanical study on the feasibility of rehabilitating the historic Brunel Swing bridge structure at Entrance Lock. The study includes advice on the possible modification of the existing water hydraulic operating cylinders to run on hydraulic oil and re-use of existing wheels, rollers and latching mechanisms. |
